Sheryle is a qualified High School
teacher, with experience in Public
Relations, Personnel Recruitment
and Education. She was primarily
an English teacher, and has taught
at a number of schools in South
Africa.
She believes in making education
and training the most worthwhile experience possible. Sheryle is passionate about people
as the essence of any dynamic

Colours is a simple model of personality
identification for people of all ages that improves communication through
recognition of a person's true character.
The True Colours program asks
participants to identify their individual
colour spectrum using 4 cards that
represent key personality types - Blue,
Gold, Green and Orange - emphasizing
each individual’s uniqueness while
identifying common traits. Everyone
understands and relates to colours. Many
people think visually and can therefore
see a person’s colours without
remembering names, formulas or letters.True Colours aims to empower
individuals through a lively and
interactive program. It is an easy and
convenient way of discovering one’s
strengths and understanding human
behaviour, without stereotyping people.
Understanding True Colours enhances
the way we live, work, communicate and
interact with those around us at work
and in our personal lives through an
exciting shift in thinking.
